Irene S. Cummings died on Friday, Dec. 30, 1994 at Oak Meadow Nursing Center in Alexandria, Va.
She was the loving mother of Frederick E. Cummings Jr. of Gainsville, Fla.; Gary L. Cummings of Christiansburg, Va.; Maryann F. Moison of Blacksburg, Va.; and Darlene M. Green of Ft. Hood, Texas; and was the beloved sister of Robert D. Perry of West Bridgewater, Maine; Gilbert E. Perry of Concord, N.H.; William R. Perry of Benton, La.; Marion A. Perry of Alexandria, Va.; Theresa E. Lawler of Loveland, Colo.; Rita M. Perry of Alexandria, Va.; and Dolores C. Dick of Romulus, Mich. She was also survived by her sister-in-law, Arlene Cummings of Orleans, Vt., seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated today at 1:30 p.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church, 2907 Popkins Lane, Alexandria, Va. Interment will follow in Arlington National Cemetery.
