Helen F. Givens, 67, of Roanoke, died Jan. 4, 1995, in a Roanoke hospital.
Miss Givens, a native of Pearisburg, Va., was a member of the Methodist Church.
She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Mildred G. Johnston of Bluefield, W.Va., Mrs. Anna Lee Williams of Pearisburg, Va., and Mrs. Jean G. Owen of Virginia Beach; and a brother, John H. Givens Jr. of Pearisburg.
A chapel service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Givens Funeral Home Chapel in Pearisburg. Burial will be in Birchlawn Memorial Park in Pearisburg.
