Jack William Davies, 37, of the 8100 block of Camellia Road, a rigger shop foreman, died Jan. 5, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Davies was born in Cape May Court House, N.J. He was employed with Norshipco.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda J. Davies; a daughter, Renee M. Davies of Norfolk; his mother, Alice M. Davies of Townbank, N.J.; six sisters, Cheri Russell of Dennisville, N.J., Lynn Gougil and Dawn Cagley, both of West Palm Beach, Fla., Coleen Oljewski of Orlando, Fla., Cindy Slaymaker, Lori Porter of Villas, N.J.; a brother, Ricky Davies of North Cape May, N.J.
A funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Azalea Baptist Church. The family will receive friends in the church after the service. Smith & Williams Funeral home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
