Audrey Martin McClenny, 76, of the 4500 block of Sleepy Hole Road, retired owner and operator of Joe's Barbecue, died Friday, Jan. 6, 1995, in Obici Hospital.
She was born in Petersburg, Va., and was retired after 20 years. Mrs. McClenny was a member of Suffolk Presbyterian Church and was the widow of Robert Wilmer ``Bill'' McClenny.
Survivors include three daughters, Nancy M. Kay of Monterey, Calif., Mary Martin of Richmond and Peggy Martin of Suffolk; four sons, Richard Martin of Spring, Texas, Ronnie Martin of Suffolk, Cecil Martin Jr. of Richmond and Husie Martin of Las Vegas; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. Allen Johnson and Dr. Robert Marr. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be in the funeral home from 4 to 5 p.m. Sunday and other times at the residence.
