BERNICE M. SMART

Bernice Martha Smart, 85, of the 5100 block of Portsmouth Blvd., died Jan. 6, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.

Mrs. Smart was a native of Leavenworth, Kan., and was the widow of Mancel F. Smart.

Survivors include a son, William R. Bradley, and two grandchildren, Paige A. Bradley and Craig A. Bradley, all of Chesapeake.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Steven Nethery. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
