Newt Gingrich's initial plan for term limits would be 12 years. He has already served 16 years in the House of Representatives, then it would take a minimum of two years to implement this plan. Which means his 16 plus two years, and then he could serve 12 more years. That would be a total of 30 years.
Does he think the American people will be unable to see through this sham?
Let's do it, but do it right.
