James E. Castillo, 45, a computer technician, died Jan. 13, 1995, in Daytona Beach, Fla.
Mr. Castillo was born in Bethesda, Md. He was employed with Schlumberger Technicians Chesapeake and was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam.
Survivors include his mother, Virginia Lee Castillo of Virginia Beach; a sister, Linda Lee Smith of Suffolk; and three nephews, Donald R. Smith of Virginia Beach and R. Christopher Smith and Mike Smith, both of Suffolk. He was preceded in death by his father, James Castillo.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday.
