As America is postured to enter the 21st century, those who truly desire to participate in bringing comprehensive renewal to American culture must begin now to formulate and articulate a common public philosophy which is ``totally pro-life.''
Together, we must not allow those who justify themselves in killing human life, unborn or born, to claim some ``revolutionary hero'' status in American culture.
I am deeply burdened and sickened on the one hand by those who speak supportively for so-called ``pro-life murderers'' and on the other hand those who religiously escort women to have their babies killed or attribute moral courage to doctors who kill human life for money.
Where is the unified voice of the leadership of the pro-life movement condemning loudly everyone and every organization that advocates human killing in the name of a pro-life moral conviction? It is time for all pro-life leaders to wake up and get out of neutral. It is time to take a clear stand for all human life. All human life is created in the image of God.
As I participate in the March for Life in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 23, I will be marching for a ``totally pro-life'' American public philosophy.
