FRANK L. HUFF

Frank Lawrence Huff, 47, of the 3200 block of Troy Lane, died Jan. 25, 1995, in a Chesapeake hospital.

Mr. Huff was born in Fort Collins, Colo. He was a deputy sheriff with the Chesapeake Sheriff's Department and was retired from the Navy as a petty officer 1st class after 22 years. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors include his fiancee, Wanita M. White of Chesapeake; a daughter, Dawn H. Mangubat of Chesapeake; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald Scott Huff and Lisa V. Huff of Portsmouth; his mother, Wilma H. Sidman of Fort Collins; two stepdaughters, Crystal White and Cheryl White, both of Chesapeake; four sisters, Sherri Hoover of Fort Collins, Delilah Raspberry of Jefferson, Texas, Julia Ashby of Albuquerque, N.M., Constance Baird of Rochester, Minn.; four brothers, Gary Huff, Craig Sidman and Arthur Guist, all of Fort Collins, and Waynard Huff Jr. of Cottonwood, Ariz.; a granddaughter, Jordan S. Buchanan of Chesapeake.

A graveside service with Navy and Chesapeake Sheriff's Department honors will be conducted Saturday at 3 p.m. in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens with Chaplain J.C. Jones officiating. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown & Snellings Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
