A man found shot to death in a ditch along the 4700 block of Alicia Drive Wednesday night has been identified, police said.
Willie L. Anderson II, 31, of the 300 block of Harrier St. was shot more than once at a small auto repair garage near where he was found dead, police spokesman Lou Thurston said. Anderson apparently made his way to the street after he was shot, Thurston said.
