Ann Elizabeth Jennings, 71, of the 3600 block of Kim Terrace, a beautician, died Jan. 30, 1995, in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Jennings was born in North Carolina. She was a member of Princess Anne Plaza Baptist Church and was an outstanding wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Virgil (Vic) Jennings; three daughters, Lisa Gay Jennings, Vicki Walker and Patricia Taflambus, all of Virginia Beach; three sons, Joe Jennings and Michael Jennings, both of Virginia Beach, and Thomas Jennings of Tampa, Fla.; three sisters, Mary Jane Gipp of Largent, W.Va., Eula Lee Spruill of Edenton, N.C., and Doris Sharp of Ahoskie, N.C.; a brother, Herbert Carroll Ambrose of Alexandria, Va.; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday at Princess Anne Plaza Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, by Pastor Ronald Lee. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Quantico National Cemetery. Donations may be made in her memory to the Building Fund, Princess Anne Plaza Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
