Jack Harding Miller, 74, died Wednesday morning, February 8, 1995, in his home.
Mr. Miller was born in Salisbury, N.C. The son of the late Roy and Vera Snider Miller, he was a retired mechanic with the VA Dept. of Transportation. A Navy veteran of World War II, he attended Hobbsville Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Erma Hollowell Miller; one daughter, Diana M. Viselli of Salisbury; one sister, Margaret Edison, and two brothers, Carl Miller and Ralph Miller, all of Salisbury; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday in Hobbsville Baptist Church by Dr. Terry Jones. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, handling arrangements. Friends may join the family in the funeral home Friday from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. and other times at the residence.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Gates County Rescue Squad or the Hobbsville Volunteer Fire Dept.
