Albert Donald Cayton, 61, of the 900 block of St. Andrews Reach, died Feb. 9, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mr. Cayton was born in Chocowinity, N.C. He was a partner in Jones and Ball, Inc., Hampton, Va., a member of Portlock United Methodist Church and a Navy veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Jewell Frances Cayton; two daughters, Donna Davenport and husband Donald and Nancy Davenport and husband David, all of Chesapeake; five sisters, Louise Johnson of Fayetteville, N.C., Lois Hall of Texas, and Lillian McRoy, Margaret Clark and Elizabeth Edwards, all of Chocowinity, N.C.; three grandchildren, Justin, Travis and Courtney Davenport. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Pat Tatka of Chesapeake and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Ellen Comstock. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Portlock United Methodist Church, Chesapeake.
