Arthur R. Beasley, 67, of the 1000 block of Green St., a retired cab driver, died Feb. 9, 1995, in DePaul Medical Center.
Mr. Beasley was born in Norfolk and was the widower of Mamie Beasley. He was retired from Black and White Cab Co. after 40 years. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a sister, Annie L. Smith of Norfolk; and three brothers, David E. and Walter D. Beasley of Virginia Beach and Elwood M. Beasley of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Dan Goff. The family will leave in procession from Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall/Kempsville Chapel. The family will receive friends at the residence of the brother, 5153 Allyne Road, Virginia Beach, and also at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
