Thomas Richard Wilson, 72, of South Wolf-snare Drive, died Feb. 11, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Wilson was born in Conneautville, Pa. He had retired from Naval Air Rework Facility as a planner and estimator after 30 years. He was the widower of Ruth B. Wilson and was a member of Scott Memorial United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Aragona Moose Lodge No. 1198 and the American Legion Post No. 141.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Lynn Wilson of Chesapeake; three sons, Charles Allen Wilson of Virginia Beach, Richard Neil Wilson of Portsmouth and James Patrick Wilson of Richmond; three sisters, Marian Stevens, Agnes Durovey of Pennsylvania and Betty Ebbert of Ohio; and one grandchild, Sara Elizabeth Wilson of Portsmouth.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by the Rev. Nanning B. Harrell. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
