Harold J. Wynn, 49, a civil service employee, died Feb. 12, 1995, in Portsmouth Naval Hospital.
Mr. Wynn was born in St. Louis, Mo. He had retired from the U.S. Navy as a senior chief after 24 years. He was a member of First Lynnhaven Baptist Church and was a Vietnam veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Wynn; a son, Craig A. and wife, Nicole Wynn of Chesapeake; four sisters, Marva Harrod, Edythe Davis, Janice Wynn and Rosalyn Lott, all of St. Louis, Mo.; four brothers, Carl, Darrell, Gregory and Obadiah Wynn Jr. of St. Louis; and two grandchildren, Krystina and JonAnthony.
The family will receive friends in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, today from 7 to 9 p.m. The body will be sent to Austin Layne Funeral Home, St. Louis, for services and burial. Donations may be made to a favorite charity in Mr. Wynn's memory.
