Ruth Hazel Sibel, 77, of the 4700 block of Condor Drive, died Feb. 12, 1995, in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Sibel was a native of Philadelphia and was the widow of Jerald Sibel. She was a retired waitress.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia A. Seader and her husband, Francis ``Peak'' Seader of Chesapeake; a son, John Flynn Jr. of Philadelphia; a brother, Herbert Lennox of Beach Haven, Pa.; two granddaughters, Patti Lynn Seader of Long Island, Va. and Sandra Lee Harris of Portsmouth; and two great-granddaughters, Nicole Lynn Seader of Chesapeake and Jennifer Harris of Portsmouth.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Joseph G. Savinsky. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Massey Cancer Center of Richmond, c/o Virginia Moose Association, P.O. Box 433, Lynchburg, Va. 24502.
