Joseph C. Romines, 75, a resident of Wakefield, died Monday.
He had retired from Wakefield Farm Service and Long Equipment Co.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Grace Knight Romines; a brother, Ira Catlett Romines of Emporia; and several nieces and nephews, including Gladys Brittle, Toni Harrison and Winnie Nichols.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield. Burial will be in Rocky Hock Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Ivor Rescue Squad or to the Oncology Unit of Obici Hospital, Suffolk.
