Edwena P. McClory, 88, of the first block of Irwin St., a homemaker and formerly a librarian in Ocilla, Ga., died Feb. 11, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mrs. McClory was born in Ocilla, Ga. She was the widow of John McClory and was a member of Cradock Presbyterian Church. She was a member of Fidelis Sunday School class at the church and the Cradock Woman's Club.
Survivors include a sister, Christine P. Patterson of Portsmouth; sister-in-law, Ruth Purvis of Greenville, S.C.; and two nieces, Anita Mitcheltree of Athens, Ga., and Penny Martin of Lexington, Tenn.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, by the Rev. Richard W. Lovingood. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cradock Presbyterian Church.
