Betty Jean Cook, 74, formerly of the 100 block of Beechwood Ave., a homemaker, died Feb. 9, 1995, in a Chesapeake hospital.
Mrs. Cook was born in Iowa and was the widow of Patrick Frederick Cook.
Survivors include grandchildren, Wayne Patrick Foley, Catherine Marie Foley, Robert John Foley Jr., John Patrick Cook and Jeff Lewis Cook; a stepson, Frederick Cook of Norfolk; and a stepdaughter, Francine Bass of Virginia Beach.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Sam Austin.
