Dorcas Barker Neal, 74, a retired beautician and owner of Carl-Lee Beauty Shop, Norfolk, died Feb. 13, 1995, in a local hospital.
She was born in Pennington Gap, Va., and was a member of Unity Church of Tidewater.
Survivors include her husband, Lacy B. Neal; a son, Arthur Neal of Mechanicsville, Va.; and two grandsons, Gregory Neal and Boyd Neal, both of Mechanicsville.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Joyce Kramer. Burial will be private at a later date. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
