Rueben M. Arrington Jr., 67, formerly of Jefferson Street, died Feb. 16, 1995 in VA Hospital, Hampton.
Mr. Arrington was born in Portsmouth. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Arrington; an uncle, John A. Mayfield; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fisher Funeral Home by the Rev. T.M. Steele. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will be at 59 Carver Circle and will assemble there for the processional.
