Richard John ``Johnny'' Trounson Sr., 78, of the 300 block of Faulk Road, died Feb. 18, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mr. Trounson was born in Jacksonville, Fla. He had retired from Baker and Co. as a heating and air conditioning mechanic after 30 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Norfolk and the Norfolk County Gun Club.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel W. Trounson of Norfolk; two sons, Richard John Trounson Jr. of Virginia Beach and William Ernest Trounson of Tulsa, Okla.; a sister, Inis T. Walker of Virginia Beach; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Richard Baker. The family will be at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
