Banks, schools, courts, and city and state offices will be
closed.
Garbage collection: Virginia Beach and Portsmouth will have
regular collection; Chesapeake will have collection on Wednesday;
Suffolk collection will be a day behind.
Recycling collection: Virginia Beach and Portsmouth will have
regular collection. No collection in Chesapeake or Norfolk;
collection will resume in those cities on Feb. 27, a week from
today.
Postal service: No regular mail delivery.
ABC stores: Open regular hours.
Tidewater Regional Transit: TRT will follow a regular schedule.
