Velta B. Sansone, 79, of the 3100 block of Shore Drive, died Feb. 19, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Sansone was born in Alexandria, Va., and was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include her husband, B. Leonard Sansone; and a daughter, Frances R. Sansone of Virginia Beach.
A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Gregory's Catholic Church by Father Justin Withrow, OSB. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. today with visitation following. After the service, the family will be at 7429 Spartan Ave., Norfolk, to greet friends. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to one's favorite charity.
