Luvenia D. ``Valla'' Allen, of the 800 block of Bagnall Road, died Feb. 17, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Allen was born in Princess Anne County, Virginia Beach, and was a housewife. She was the widow of Joseph Allen. She was formerly a member of Goodwill Baptist Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include her daughter, Helen Foreman of Norfolk; three sons, Curtis Allen, David Allen and Albert Allen, all of Norfolk; 20 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and a host of other devoted relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted Friday, Feb. 24, 1995, at 1 p.m. by the Rev. J.O. Lloyd in Goodwill Baptist Church, Norfolk. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at 817 Bagnall Road, Norfolk on Friday at noon for the funeral processional to the church. Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk in charge.
