She is survived by her husband, Kenny A. Pemberton of San Diego; daughters, Heather Everson and Sarah Pemberton of Monterey, Calif.; brother, Wiliam Peck of Arlington, Va.; sisters, Stephanie Peck and Laurie Carpenito of Virginia Beach; and mother, Annabelle Lee Peck, also of Virginia Beach.
