Ida S. Watkins, 92, of the 4000 block of Greenwood Drive, died Feb. 25, 1995, in Portsmouth.
She was born in Portsmouth and was a member of Zion Baptist Church, Portsmouth.
Survivors include one daughter, Pearl M. Carr of Portsmouth; one sister, Rachel Burke of Portsmouth; and one brother, James Sisco of Portsmouth.
The funeral will be conducted Thursday, March 2 at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Joseph L. Roberts in Zion Baptist Church, Portsmouth. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will assemble at 734 Dunedin Road at 12:15 p.m. for the processional to the church. Serenity Funeral Home, Portsmouth in charge.
