Arnold O. Peterson - the man accused of leading police on a pursuit that resulted in the death of two people Jan. 21 - was sentenced to 60 days in jail Monday on an unrelated DUI charge.

Peterson, 47, of Virginia Beach, was charged last month with killing two people when his van collided with their car after he ran a red light in downtown Norfolk. He is to appear in court March 8 in that case.
