A 16-year-old Norfolk youth was shot to death early Sunday morning in an argument. Police have arrested a suspect, who himself was shot.
Arthur Rhodes, of the 800 block of E. Princess Anne Road, was shot to death at 3241 Granby St. during the argument at 3:30 a.m. between a friend of his and the suspect, Derrick Robinson, 20, of Norfolk.
Robinson, of the 4200 block of Colonial Ave., was being treated for a gunshot wound Sunday night at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was under police guard, said police spokesman Larry Hill.
When Robinson is released, he will be charged with murder and a weapons violation, Hill said.
