HERBERT L. KRAMER

Herbert L. Kramer, 66, of the 4802 block of Ocean Front Ave., died March 4, 1995, in his home.

Mr. Kramer was born in Norfolk and was a resident of Virginia Beach and Boca Raton, Fla. He was the widower of Florence Gordon Kramer. He was a member of Ohef Sholom Temple in Norfolk. Mr. Kramer was the benefactor of the Kramer Prize for Community service at the University of Virginia law school.

Mr. Kramer was past president of Tidewater Home Builders Association; and past board member of Ohef Sholom Temple and The Chrysler Museum.

Survivors include three sons, Jeffery Kramer and his wife Janet of Norfolk, Richard Kramer and his wife Kela of Virginia Beach and Edward Kramer and his wife Anne of Virginia Beach; a sister, Trudy K. Rosenblatt of Virginia Beach; and seven grandchildren, Andrew Kramer, Kathryn Kramer, Eric Kramer, Mason Kramer, Jessica Kramer, Carra Kramer and Franklin Kramer.

A chapel service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, March 6, 1995, in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, by Rabbi Lawrence A. Forman. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery Norfolk. The family will be at 8402 Ocean Front Ave., Virginia Beach. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
