International Family Entertainment Inc., the Virginia Beach-based parent of The Family Channel, said it will repurchase 300,000 shares of its Class B common stock from Christian Broadcasting Network. The total sale price is about $3.8 million. The repurchase, for $12.75 a share, is the first under a 2 million-share stock-buyback program authorized by IFE's board Feb. 7. IFE recently concluded another 1 million-share stock buyback. Its shares are trading at only about half of their all-time high. Both IFE and CBN are chaired by Pat Robertson, but they are legally separate entities. by CNB
