Dorothy Ruth Miller, 69, died March 6, 1995.
Survivors are a brother, James M. Jones Sr. of Suffolk; a sister, Lorna Cherrick of Arizona; four children, Jim of Charlotte, N.C., Kim of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jack of Portsmouth and Sharon of Allen, Texas; two nieces; one nephew; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Good News Baptist Church, 3252 Taylor Road, Chesapeake.
