Bernice Virginia Berlin Kolish, 80, died March 5, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Kolish, a native of Norfolk, was the widow of Karl Kolish and the daughter of the late Lewis and Pauline Yaffe Berlin. She was a member of Ohef Sholom Temple in Norfolk.
Survivors include two nieces, Wilma Jane ``Janey'' Nadler and her husband, Joseph of Rockville, Md., and Carol Kerpelman of Norfolk; a nephew, R. Jeffrey Berlin and his wife, Fizzy of Virginia Beach; Harriet Berlin of Norfolk; and several great-nieces and nephews.
A chapel service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, by Rabbi Lawrence A. Forman. Memorial donations may be made to Ohef Sholom Temple in Norfolk or a charity of the donor's choice. The family will receive friends at Algonquin House in Norfolk following the service.
