Lucille V. Burroughs, 83, of the 7700 block of Nesbitt Drive, a retired stencil maker, died March 6, 1995 in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Burroughs was born in Norfolk. She retired from Multistamp Co. of Norfolk, was a member of Royster Memorial Presbyterian Church, Norfolk, and the widow of Robert L. Burroughs.
Survivors include a son, Robert L. ``Bob'' Burroughs Jr., of Lady Lake, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Edna Cavender, and a brother, Charles C. Capps, both of Norfolk; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. James A. Meads Jr. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Hope Haven.
