William Thomas Kelley Jr., 79, of Virginia Beach, entered into rest March 6, 1995.
William, affectionately known as ``Bill'' and ``W.T.,'' was born in Carrollton, Va. He was the widower of Charlotte Virginia Kelley. Mr. Kelley, a retired petroleum equipment engineer, was a lifelong resident of Hampton.
Survivors include two daughters, Claudia James of Virginia Beach, and Charlotte Lilly of Easley, S.C.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held in Hampton at the Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home on Thursday, March 9, at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park in Hampton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 20 Koger Center, Suite 233, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
