Earline Richardson Riddick, 70, of the 400 block of Ivey St., died March 5, 1995, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
Mrs. Riddick was a native of Deep Creek and was a retired secretary for Crestwood High School, Chesapeake after 37 years of service. She was a member of Divine Baptist Church, Chesapeake and was on the No. 2 Usher Board. She was also a member of N.A.A.C.P., Venus Chapter No. 42 Order of the Eastern Star, and the St. Paul College Alumni Association.
Survivors include her husband, James B. Riddick; one daughter, Angela Riddick of Richmond; one son, Larry Riddick of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two sisters, Vivian Tolliver of Bronx, N.Y. and Joan Brown of Virginia Beach; one brother, Theodore Richardson of Louisa, Va.; one granddaughter, Lamarr Riddick; one daughter-in-law; two sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; six nieces; five nephews; 13 great-nieces; and seven great-nephews.
The funeral will be conducted Friday at noon by the Rev. John R. Briggs in Divine Baptist Church, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. The family will be at the residence. The body will be in the church at 11 a.m. Fisher Funeral Home in charge. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
