NINA BENKERT

Virginia Nina Benkert, 73, of the 4600 block of Twain Lane, died March 7, 1995, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Benkert, a native of Baltimore, had been a resident of Virginia Beach since 1947. She was the widow of William R. Benkert.

Survivors include two daughters, Dionycia L. Caddy of Virginia Beach and Rosalie Caddy of Suffolk; four sisters, Walena Dressal, Rita Puckles and Bertha Spillman, all of Baltimore, and Gloria Burkey of Mount Rose, W.Va.; a brother, Joseph Niziolek of Baltimore; three grandchildren, Dionycia C. Caddy, William A. Caddy and Mary Hammond, all of Virginia Beach; and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Gregory's Catholic Church by Father Luke Policicchio, OSB. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel.
