Marjorie Elizabeth Shaver, 58, died March 7, 1995, in a local hospital.
She was born in Boston, Mass., and was a resident of Virginia Beach for the past 14 years. She was previously employed at Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Survivors include a daughter, Catherine L. Shaver of Virginia Beach; a son, John L. Shaver of Minneapolis, Minn.; her mother, Phyllis A. Tanguay of Salem, N.H.; a sister, Virginia A. Salyards and her husband, Merle, of Virginia Beach; a brother, Ralph H. Frye and his wife, Carol, of Salem, N.H.; a niece, Rosemarie A. Lipford, and her husband, Charles, of Hampton, Va.; a niece and nephew, Kathleen and Stephen Frye of Salem, N.H.; a grandson, Jason L. Shaver of Lake Park, Iowa; a grandson, Matthew M. Shaver of Minneapolis; and her beloved pet Sheltie, Sassie.
The family will receive friends at the Douglas Johnson Funeral Home in Salem, N.H., from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in the Maplewood North Parish Cemetery on Saturday in Plaistow, N.H. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, Va. Beach, is in charge of local arrangements.
