Marie M. Yetter, 80, of Lynn Shores Road, died Thursday, March 9, in a local nursing home after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
Mrs. Yetter was born in Altoona, Pa. She retired as office manager of the Altoona School of Beauty and Cosmetology. She resided in Virginia Beach since 1981.
Survivors include two daughters, Joan Rothrauff of Virginia Beach and Shirley Bickerton of Woodbridge, Conn.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday evening, March 14, at Church of the Ascension, Princess Anne Road. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Altoona, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hampton Roads Chapter, (NU)20 The Koger Center, Suite 233, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
