Pansy Butler Whitehurst, 82, of the 600 block of Butterfly Drive, died March 10, 1995, in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Whitehurst was born in Bertie County, N.C. She was a member of the Ladies Sunday School Class of Bethel Assembly of God, Chesapeake; Niners Senior Citizen Club; and was the widow of Herman Augustus Whitehurst.
Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn W. Marsh, and a son, Robert H. Whitehurst, both of Chesapeake; two brothers, Raymond Butler of Chesapeake and Carroll Butler of Norfolk; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4 to 5 p.m. today and at 653 Butterfly Drive, Chesapeake.
