Herbert Lee Brickhouse Jr., 66, died March 12, 1995, in Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Brickhouse was born in Norfolk on April 18, 1928. He moved to Lakeland in 1972. He was employed with Watkins Motor Lines as a dispatcher for 17 years and was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Brickhouse; four sons, Jerry Brickhouse, Steve Brickhouse and Gary Brickhouse, all of Lakeland, and Herb Brickhouse III of Covington, Ga.; two daughters, Katherine McMillen and Christine McDow, both of Lakeland; a brother, Garland Brickhouse of Chesapeake; and eight grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Lakeland Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lakeland Memorial Gardens. Lakeland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
