Dylan Matthew Carr, 3-months-old, of Delray Beach, Fla., passed away on Thursday, March 9, 1995.

He is survived by his parents, Casey and Jennifer Carr; brothers, Joshua and Alexander Carr, all of Delray Beach; grandparents, Karl and Ann Carr of Virginia Beach, Va. and Chuck and Lynn Martin of New Bern, N.C.

Funeral services were held in Florida. Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, Delray Beach, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to SIDS Research.
