Ruby Onetta Cooke, 89, of the 400 block of Sussex Dr., died Mar. 14, 1995, in a Portsmouth Hospital.
She was the widow of William Thomas Cooke and was a member of Westhaven Baptist Church, and a member of the T.E.L. Sunday School Class and the Beasley Senior Citizens. She was a native of Gates County, N.C..
Survivors include her son, William Elliott Cooke of Portsmouth; and one sister, Thelma J. Hailey of Portsmouth.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Olive Branch Cemetery, by the Rev. W. Thomas Wood. The family will be at 4204 Winchester Dr., Portsmouth. Memorial donations may be made to Westhaven Baptist Church. Loving Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
