Mr. Cepelak was born in New York, New York. He was retired.
Survivors include his wife, Constance Cepelak; two sons, Robert Cepelak and Jason Cepelak, both of Long Island, N.Y.; and one sister, Lorraine Cappiello.
The funeral will be Thursday, March 16, 1995, at 7 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
