Raymond H. McAbee, 73, of Hollybend Condominiums, died Mar. 15, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. McAbee was a native of Bel Air, Md., and served in the U.S. Air Force as a B-24 Pilot during World War II. He co-owned Snyder Equipment Co. for over forty years. He was a member of Virginia Beach United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret V. McAbee; two daughters, Ann M. Harrall of Virginia Beach, and Sally M. Savarese of North Palm Beach, Fla.; and one grandson, Richard Bradford Harrall of Virginia Beach.
A chapel service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road Chapel, by The Reverend Clark Mandigo. The family will receive friends in the funeral home following the service. Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The National Kidney Foundation of Virginia, 6330 Newtown Road, Norfolk, Va. 23502, or The Virginia Beach United Methodist Church.
