S3 Limited Co. of Virginia Beach won a $2.3 million contract from the Naval Base in Philadelphia to provide database support.

C.D. Hayes Inc. of Chesapeake won a $1.2 million contract from the Navy in Norfolk to build a child development center.

Marine Hydraulics International Inc. of Norfolk won a $218,360 contract from the Navy in Portsmouth for small seacraft.

Associated Naval Architects Inc. of Portsmouth won a $282,900 contract from the Navy in Portsmouth for small seacraft.

The Red Cross of Norfolk won a $638,458 contract from the Veterans Administration in Richmond to supply blood and blood products.
