Mrs. Edna (Lady) Bowden Holland, 80, of 27526 Collosse Road, died Sunday, April 2, 1995, at Autumn Care of Suffolk.
Mrs. Holland was a native of Isle of Wight County and was the daughter of the late John David and Lottie Rhodes Turner. She was predeceased by her first husband, Ralph Bowden, who died Sept. 12, 1973. Mrs. Holland was a member of Collosse Baptist Church and its W.M.U. She was a member of the Young at Heart Club, Windsor.
Survivors include her husband, John Raby Holland; one son, David Bowden and his wife, Judy of Carrsville; one stepson, Robert Allen Holland and his wife, Elaine of Franklin; one sister, Odelle Turner Edwards of Smithfield; two grandsons, Dave Bowden of Chuckatuck and Barry Bowden of Franklin; four great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 1995 at Collosse Cemetery. Friends may join the family at the residence. Wright Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
