Ruth Pearl Segall, 78, of Executive Drive in Hampton, retired from Land Management Research for the Department of the Interior, died April 2, 1995, in a Hampton hospital.
Miss Segall was born in Chicago.
She is survived by her sister, Bertha S. Chenman of Virginia Beach; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, Va. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
