Spiegel Inc. said it abolished its ``JRT'' career-fashions catalog, but will incorporate items from the catalog in a ``JRT'' section of its larger ``Newport News'' clothing publication. The company said there will be no affect on the 1,400 employees of its subsidiary in Hampton that publishes the catalogs, Newport News Inc. The subsidiary was previously called New Hampton Inc. Spiegel bought the catalogs in 1993. With total combined circulation of 192 million last year, they generated sales of $273 million. (Staff) by CNB
